The Municipality, working with its consultants, prepared a draft Midtown Plan during 2007 and 2008. The process slowed for a period, and is now again moving ahead. The project team is preparing a revised document, reflecting feedback from the community as well as Municipal departments. A revised draft will be released this summer, followed by a meeting of the project steering committee and an associated public meeting. Final revisions will be made to the draft plan, and it will then begin through the formal review and adoption process, working with the Planning Commission and Assembly.
